Even if you simply don’t like the scent, you can request a replacement or refund, ensuring a risk-free shopping experience.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, we will gladly accept returns or offer replacements. Please follow these steps:

Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear images of the product.

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Upon receiving and assessing the returned product, we will process a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

For replacements, we offer free returns and exchanges. Our rider will pick up the item and deliver the new one. Please record and send us a video of the parcel being handed to the rider. Failure to provide this video may result in the cancellation of your replacement request.
Refund Policy
We also offer FREE refunds if you are not satisfied with the product. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, please follow these guidelines:

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed without any deductions, as per Sunnah. Our rider will pick up the product from you. Please ensure that you record and send us a video of the parcel being handed to the rider. Refunds will only be issued once we receive the product in its original condition. We are not responsible for any products that are stolen or misplaced during return shipping.

Once the product is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
