1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12Â PM will be processed the next business day.
- For prepaid orders, customers must send a payment screenshot to WhatsApp: 03140687878 for order confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-3 business days
- Other major cities: 3-4 business days
- Remote areas: 4-5 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Free shipping may be available on special promotions or orders above a certain amount.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website or by contacting us for assistance.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, please ensure the correct contact details are provided at checkout.
- Customers must be available at the time of delivery and have the exact cash amount ready.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at contact@fieaura.com or WhatsApp 03140687878 for assistance.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, customers may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
